VC65 Excursion: Swinton Estates: Nutwith Common/Hackfall Woods

Meeting Place: The small car park for Hackfall (SE23077750) is close to the southern entrance to Nutwith Common. There is some scattered roadside parking towards the northen entrance. There are no toilet facilities, the nearest being at Grewelthorpe or Masham.

Tea and Meeting: This will be at 4 pm in at the Hackfall Cafe, Grewelthorpe Village Hall (HG4 3BU). There will be a modest charge for refreshments.

The Yorkshire Moths group are invited to meet on the Friday evening to trap in the extensive Nutwith Common Woods.
